The value of experience
Kathryn "Kay" Wallis is a speech-language pathologist with extensive experience in working with adults and children who have communication impairments. She earned her M.S. in Communication Disorders from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1981. Since then, she has provided speech-language evaluation and therapy within hospitals, rehab centers, nursing homes, schools, home health and private practice.
Kay is the Northland's only national Board Certified Specialist in Fluency and Fluency Disorders (stuttering). Other areas of expertise include speech sound disorders, language disorders (including reading and writing impairments) and accent reduction.
Proven effectiveness
Kay's effectiveness is demonstrated by testimonials on this website from past clients. Kay is a

Given the extensive training required for this certification, you can be certain that the stuttering therapy you receive at Wallis Speech Services is the most current and up to date treatment available. We are confident that this is true for other communication difficulties as well.
We know how busy you are, and so we offer flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs. Wallis Speech Services LLC is now exclusively tele-therapy. Please call 218-349-0589 with questions or to schedule an appointment.
